Delta Dental Delta Dental Plan of Missouri (DDPMO) began searching for replacement claims processing software in 1997. A software solution, aQDen, was found with Quality Care Solutions, Incorporated (QCSI). aQDen is a sophisticated dental claims adjudication system produced in 1999 as a collaborative effort between DDPMO and QCSI.
DeniServ DDPMO soon realized a separation of duties was necessary in order to maintain focus on the company´s primary objective. DeniServ was established in 2001 to assume responsibility of aQDen. DeniServ remains a subsidiary of DDPMO, and continues to develop and support the aQDen environment and provide Technical Services to clients.
